Irving Harold Mills (born Isadore Minsky; January 18, 1894 – April 21, 1985) was an American music publisher, musician, lyricist, and jazz promoter. Known for his pseudonyms Goody Goodwin and Joe Primrose, Mills played a pivotal role in the jazz music industry, not only advancing the careers of numerous noted musicians but also promoting the integration of black and white musicians.
