The X project
The X project has been created to provide any composer with a global digital distribution platform for their music.
We’re doing this because we believe that all composers, regardless of their background of circumstances, should have the opportunity to have their sheet music available to a global community of musicians, and most importantly receive fair royalties for the usage of their music
We hope this will empower a new generation of diverse composers’ curiosity and creativity.
This project will be run in collaboration with our partner MASF, whose founding principle was that all composers should be able to distribute their music globally at a fair cost and with fair returns. This project will open for submission at the end of April 2022.

Who can apply?
Any unpublished composer, or any composer who has a non-exclusive publishing deal.
What can I publish?
These must be original compositions, so no arrangements or editions of other composers’ works.
How much does it cost to join:
You retain 100% of your copyrights, all you’ll need to do is pay a small subscription fee to MASF every year. Current subscriptions are $14.99 annually for the first 5 pieces, and $1 extra for each piece after that.
When will the project be open for submissions?
MASF will open up for submissions via this project at the end of April 2022. If you sign up for the mailing list you’ll receive an email a few weeks before it opens, and then again on the opening day.
