nkoda 22 fund

We’re providing funding for 5 student-led music projects; empowering young musicians’ curiosity, creativity and diversity.

What is the
nkoda 22 fund?

We believe musicians are made, not born. There have been limited opportunities in the past two years for music students to launch their own projects, with resources and audiences retricted because of the pandemic. So we’ve created a £10,000 fund to support 5 student projects at a conservatoire or university.

If you are a music student you can apply for up to £2,000 for your project.

Types of projects

The fund was not se up to be proscritive. We believe that when you empower musicians they do amazing things. You can apply for funding for anything - from a new teaching scheme, community engagement or a concert series.
