Pascal Dusapin

Pascal Georges Dusapin, born on 29 May 1955, is a French composer recognized for his microtonality, tension, and energy in music. A student of Iannis Xenakis and Franco Donatoni, Dusapin has embraced influences from various musical traditions, including jazz and French folk music. Although a capable pianist, he initially refrained from composing for the instrument until 1997.
